Born from a vision of empowering businesses to thrive.

Gradient M IT Consulting and Services was founded in July 2018 and headquartered in Bangalore, the Silicon Valley of India. We were built on a belief that enterprise-grade IT expertise should not be reserved for Fortune 500 companies alone.

Our CEO and Founder Ravindra Talwai brings 28+ years of in-depth practitioner experience in Global IT. In his leadership roles at Cognizant and Wipro Technologies, he engaged and enabled CXOs of Fortune 500 companies in large-scale IT Transformation programs. He built Gradient M to bring that same calibre of thinking to a wider range of businesses.

Over the past 8 years we have built capabilities across IT Strategy Consulting, Cloud, Data and AI, Digital Workplace, Talent Acquisition, and M&A IT Services. We have engaged and built strategic partnerships with SaaS companies, global IT providers, India capability centres, and mid-size businesses across India, the US, and the UK.
